Sofá Duna x MUDE

The Duna Sofa, designed by Atelier Nini Andrade Silva, is an exclusive design piece that belongs to the Garota do Calhau Collection and was specially produced in cork for MUDE – Museum of Design and Fashion.
The piece consists of four solid modules made of recycled cork, each weighing approximately 200 kg, with a total length of 4897 mm. Every curve and contour of the Duna Sofa reflects the wind-shaped dunes of Porto Santo Island, conveying a story of intimate connection with nature. The inclusion of this piece in MUDE’s permanent collection highlights the significance of Portuguese design and the growing emphasis placed by Atelier Nini Andrade Silva on the use of sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
