Hotel Santa Maria

This project was developed taking into account is particular location and the idea of creating new experiences and sensations. Departing from a different reality, the interior design plays a key role in the whole space.
The materials and finishes selection reflects the deep looking for a local culture and the constant quest for authentic, as refusal of something artificial. As an example, we use sandy beach on the social areas floor and resorted to the use of corals aiming to create divisions between the different spatial areas, providing the discovery of new sensations.
In this space, luxury isn't synonymous of a five star hotel or an upscale restaurant, but rather access to something that is unique and exclusive, based on new interests such as culture, nature and leisure. We did not demand for a "product", but the interest in an experiment with a holistic view.
